Thick aluminized steel offers superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent durability. Each pan’s thickness is based on years of performance data to deliver perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire is added to pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping. Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured with 65% recycled steel.
Unique fluted design with corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. Textured surface allows airflow under baking food for beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.
In addition, our eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. The most advanced coating available, no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.
Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden tools. Do not cut in the pan or use sharp metal utensils. Do not heat beyond 450°F. Wash before first use. Bakes eight mini loafs at once. Made in the USA. Mini-loaf dimensions: 4" long x 2½" wide x 1¼" deep. Pan measures 15¾" long x 11".

The silicone coating you can't feel at all. I've had mine for a year or so now and it's not peeling the least little bit at all like my other non stick pans I've now tossed. This is my 2nd piece of this line and I absolutely believe these are the best pans ever. I make mini chocolate chip banana nut loaves in this pan and put them in little cellophane bags tied with ribbon for little Christmas gifts. I've not had one little loaf stick at all and I love not having to use that horrible non-stick spray. I have cookie sheets from this line too and both have worn absolutely wonderful. Simple to wipe clean with a dishcloth. I even bought one of these pans as a gift for someone that bakes and she raves about it every time she uses it. Perfect for small cookie bars and homemade granola bars too.

As soon as I received this pan, I started using it, and it is amazing! It's well made and non-stick so it can stand me using it over and over and over again. Plus, it doesn't need any nonstick spray to get the product out at all!
